Kyle is an engineer and manager with over 40 years in home design, building, reconstruction, remodeling, and real estate investment. He received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, and his master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin. With this vast collection of knowledge, Kyle brings a unique experience to home inspection you won't find anywhere else!
Kyle assures the quality of his inspection and the report he hands you by limiting his practice to only one inspection per day. That means when your inspection is scheduled, you’re the only client Kyle sees that day, and your inspector is Kyle! No surprises. No mystery inspector who is racing between multiple inspections assigned to them that day. He will work directly with you to set the specific inspection time slot that works best for you between 9am-6pm (inspections typically take 2-3 hours). That ensures that you have 100% of Kyle’s attention right up to when he delivers your report!

While I encourage you to walk through the home with me, I understand that you’re busy! Rest assured that whether you’re available to attend the inspection or not, you will get the same quality of care and service, no matter what.
Your report will be delivered in two forms within 24 hours of the onsite inspection. You will receive the hard copy report required by the State of Texas, as well as a soft copy report from my software, Spectora. This second report will be more comprehensive, and include pictures and videos for you to closely review the findings.
Between these two reports, I’m confident you will receive all the information you need for a full picture of the home’s condition.
